I've looked after desk workers since 2005. I started as a resident trainer and therapist at a hedge fund in Mayfair, where I worked for 12 years.

Since then, over half my client base come to see me due to desk work associated neck and shoulder pain. Most don't realize it doesn't take endless massages, or long gym sessions to feel better. Small changes in strength and mobility work wonders. After a little consistency and practice, it’s easy to forget how bad those pains once were.

 

That's why I decided to make a program that's got exactly that! It's easy to follow, and all done online. The Neck and Shoulder Unlocker is based on small but effective movements that create change, only take 5 min a day!

Learn via twice weekly 1-1 focused video coaching, taking up 20min, and spend just 5min a day doing what you've learnt.

This program isn't a pre-written, one-size-fits-all, mass produced bundle! It’s a mixture of mobilization techniques and key strengthening exercises. Together we'll work out which ones work best for you personally. We'll make it memorable and effective using our regular video calls

What happens in the program?

  • You'll get tutored twice a week via 1-1 live video call, with demos and feedback, ensuring you are learning safely at each step.

  • Every day we'll be in touch via the We Strive app, where you'll find video reminders of all the things you've learnt so far. I'll be in contact with you every day via the app, so that you can send me pictures, videos, feedback and questions throughout your 6 week program

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do I need to have gym kit or be in the gym?

No, I'll send you what you need, and you can do everything at home (or in the office)

 

2. Will it involve lots of exercise? 

No, however, we will be strengthening, they are small, but powerful movements

 

3. Do I need space?

Yes, enough for a gym mat with a little space around it will be just fine

 

4. Can I take a break from the program once started?

Ideally, the program should be completed in one go, as continuity is part of the solution

 

5. Can I do it without the app?

The app is the tool we need to store your personalized program, and how you'll keep in touch with me. It's by far the easiest way to manage the course together.

 

6. Can I cancel if I find it's not for me?

Of course you can, if you feel that's the right thing for you to do. Please know there are no refunds given once you’ve started the program

 

7. Can I do our video calls with the camera off?

No. I can understand that some people would feel more comfortable without the camera on. But I will need to see you to ensure you're doing things correctly and safely. It will be just me that can see you, and they will not be recorded, so please don't be shy!
